Off The Jump is a fast-growing party rental company with locations in Crown Point, Indiana, and Schaumburg, Illinois. But we’re more than just a party rental company! Our parent company, Lakefront Specialty Entertainment LLC, also organizes small festivals, large county fairs, and thrilling Halloween attractions featuring our popular carnival games.

Positions Available:
- Delivery Driver (Crew Lead) (Starting at $20hr): As a driver, you’ll be the leader of each crew, responsible for delivering and setting up equipment at events.
- Setup Crew (Starting at $15hr): Ride with the driver and assist with setting up all party rental equipment at events.
- Midway Attendant (Depends on event): Work at events managing carnival games and engaging with guests.
- Sales Staff (Commission Rate): Help our customers with bookings, ensuring they have a great experience and get the equipment they need for their events.

Requirements:
- Must be 16+ to apply
- Must be able to lift over 55lbs
- Background check required for all positions (Driver’s record check for Drivers)
- Must have a clean driving record (Drivers only)
- [Drivers only] Ability to drive a pickup truck with a 16’ open trailer attached (No CDL required)
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own transportation to work
- Must be local to the area
