I had a great experience with Off the Jump. Bouncy house, table and chairs were clean and in great condition. The company communicated well and were prompt and on time with delivery and pick up. I will definitely use them again.

Off the Jump is fantastic!! I can't say enough good things about them. We ordered a bounce house, tables, chairs and tents for a customer / company party and their prices were great! Communication was spot on, Colin was quick in answering all of my questions and following through all the way up to the delivery and pick up. They were on time, they set everything up and took everything down, it couldn't have been more easy and affordable. I would highly recommend Off the Jump to anyone looking for a seamless party set up.

I really appreciate this company as they have the best customer service and Gonzo was amazing with setting up the jumpy obstacle course for our party. They delivered the jumpy course early and we appreciated that. We will definitely utilize this company going forward for all of our events as long as they’re not booked! If you are considering them, go for it. Thank you again Gonzo and Collin for being professional and personable.

They were wondering with communicating with me over text messages and replied right away . They were very professional and nice . They were able to get me a wonderful bounce house/slide in such a short time period , the week of my party. The set up crew was nice and didn’t mind my daughter asking them a ton of questions. Fast set up / cleaned the bounce house on spot. And when pick up came, it was a fast take down. Everything was a great experience! And made the party very memorable! Definitely would recommend them over anyone else !
